(Ergänzung vom 21. März 2016 Ticket AGB § 3.1)

01 -> Wenn der Käufer Tickets bestellt und bezahlt hat, hat er per Post einen Kaufbeleg für die bezahlten und gebuchten Pätze und für jedes Ticket eine bestätigte Ticket-Registrierung per Post zu erhalten vom Tickethändler.
die Ticketregistrierung muss die Daten enthalten, wie in der x-Ti -Registrierung,
die Ticketregistrierung kann den Namen und die Adresse des Käufers enthalten, darf auch geschützt bleiben
die Ticketregistrierung vom Tickethändler MUSS einen BAR-STRICHCODE ENTHALTEN und  KANN AUCH den Stempel und die Unterschrift des Händlers im Original  aufweisen.
Der Händler hat nach Bestellung und Bezahlung der Tickets für die gekauften Plätze einen Rechtsanspruch auf den Kaufeleg, die Ticketregistrierung, das Ticket am Einlass und den Platz den der Käufer nachweislich buchte und bezahlte, wie er registriert wurde.
02 -> DER KÄUFER MUSS  ZUM CONCERT 
DIE TICKETREGSITRIERUNG VOM HÄNDLER UND SICHERER AUCH DEN KAUFBELEG MITNHEMEN.  (Nur damit hat der Besucher das Recht, sein Ticket zu erhalten und das Konzert zu besuchen.)
TICKETAUSGABE IST ÄHNLICH WIE BEI DER ABENDKASSE.
DER KÄUFER MUSS, WENN ER SEIN TICKET IN EMPFANG NIMMT UND IN DAS KONZERT HINEINGEHT DIE TICKETREGISTRIERUNG VOM HÄNDLER  ABGEBEN.
DER KÄUFER SOLLTE SICH EIN DUPLIKAT FÜR SEINE PRIVATEN UNTERLAGEN ANFERTIGEN, WENN ER DIES FÜR SICH SICHERN MÖCHTE, DEM KÄUFER IST NUR EIN BELEG AUSZUSTELLEN. DER HANDEL DAMIT IST VERBOTEN.
03 -> DER KÄUFER SICHERT SEINEN TICKETKAUF , WENN ER SICH UNSICHER IST, INDEM ER SEINE HÄNDLER-REGISTRIERUNG ÜBERPRÜFEN LÄSST, MIT DER X-Ti-REG VerISTRIERUNG.
Wenn ein Käufer mit Registrierung und Kaufbeleg, die ok sind kein Ticket vorhanden wäre und der Verkäufer schuldhaft handelte, dann klären wir diesen Vorgang vor Ort.

(3.1.) SUPPLEMENT March, 21 2016 TICKETS REGISTRATION AND RECEIPT TICKET GBC )

01 - > If the buyer ordered tickets and paid, he has a purchase-receipt per mail to get a confirmed ticket-registration for the paid and booked Places/ Seats and for each ticket per mail from the ticket-merchant.
the ticket-registration must contain the data, as in the x-Ti -registration,
the ticket-registration can contain the name and the buyer's address, can also remain protected
CONTAINS a PURE-LINE-CODE the ticket-registration of the ticket-merchant MUST and can show ALSO the stamp and the signature of the merchant on the original.
The merchant has a legal claim to the buy proof the ticket-registration, the ticket after order and payment of the tickets for the bought places at the admittance and books the place demonstrably that of the buyers and paid as it was registered.
02 - > THE BUYER MUST TO THE CONCERT TAKES 
THE TICKETREGISTRATION FROM THE MERCHANT UND MORE CERTAINLY ALSO THE PURCHASE-RECEIPT .  (Only with it, the visitor has the right to get his/its ticket and to visit the concert.)
TICKET-EDITION IS SIMILAR LIKE WITH THE BOX-OFFICE.
THE BUYER MUST, IF HE TAKES HIS TICKETS IN RECEPTION AND HAND OVER THE TICKET-REGISTRATION TO THE SECURITY CONTROLER BEFORE HE GOES IN INTO THE CONCERT.
THE BUYER SHOULD PREPARE A DUPLICATE FOR HIMSELF FOR HIS PRIVATE RECORDS, IF SECURES THIS  FOR ITSELF WOULD LIKE, ONLY A RECEIPT IS THE BUYER TO BE DISPLAYED. THE TRADE WITH THE REGISTRATION IS FORBIDDEN.
03 - > THE BUYER SECURES HIS TICKET-PURCHASE, IF HE is UNCERTAIN for HIMSELF, IN THAT IT LEAVES REVIEWING ITS MERCHANT-REGISTRATION, WITH WHICH X-Ti-REG REGISTRATION.
If a buyer with registration and purchase-receipt, the O.K. one(s) exist no ticket and the salesperson culpable dealt, then, we clarify this process on the spot.
